Just a quick note whilst I have a few moments before the big move!
I wanted to thank you all for such an excellent service. We were overjoyed after two weeks of being on the market with Tim Russ that two offers were made on our house and our subsequent sale ensued.
I am convinced that Jo made a huge difference by taking the couple, who were from out of the area, around the vicinity, showing them the schools and the lovely village green. The professional way your office dealt with any queries we had and handling the more tricky negotiations which surround a sale which could have ended in disaster but instead, as this house full of boxes is testament, a happy conclusion was achieved by all!
Again, many thanks for the best sale and move ever! I am now busy recommending Tim Russ to all the neighbours!
